Q: How does this work?
Basically you are sending an email to your phone. The email is then converted to something your phone is meant to display and show as a regular text message.

Q: Why do I have to give you my email?
Without the email address the service would not work. This is not something that can be avoided. We will not send any solitication to yoru email nor will we share it with anyone else.

Q: How can I Report/Suggest a provider?
You can go to the contact page to send us an email if any of the providers are not working.
